Teri Lichtenstein is the director of FoodBytes, a nutrition consultancy that empowers brands and organisations to communicate nutritional information to a broad range of audiences including health professionals and consumers. The findings from the report are quite revealing, with the plant-based foods providing equal if not more nutritional benefits.
